Tanya Caragol has over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry working for both startups and public companies. Her responsibilities over the years have included Business Development, Channels, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Strategy. She was responsible for managing over 100 accounts, including the Corporate Boards and C-Level Executives at Fortune 500 companies such as HP, HPE, Adobe, LinkedIn, Bank of America, and Williams-Sonoma, delivering a 98% customer renewal rate and 99% customer satisfaction rate. Tanya has experience working in the US, Canada, and Australia.

Tanya is also a certified Life Coach providing one-to-one coaching and corporate workshops to individuals and teams experiencing high stress and burnout. She inspires her clients to prioritize themselves and their health with positive habit changes so they can bring their best selves to everything they do.

Tanya is the Programs and Evaluation Committee Chair on the Board of Hack the Hood, a non-profit providing youth and communities of color with tech skill-building programs and career navigation support that are grounded in justice and ensure economic mobility.
