Kyra Lizarraga

Kyra is a Project Manager at AchieveUnite, where she leads the coordination and delivery of training and education programs across leadership development, partnering and channel strategy, trust-based collaboration, and professional capability building. Over nearly three years with the organization, she has grown from Executive Assistant to a central operational leader supporting both virtual and in-person initiatives.

In her role, Kyra partners closely with internal leaders, facilitators, and clients to ensure programs are thoughtfully designed, seamlessly delivered, and aligned with clear business outcomes. She also supports AchieveUnite’s Ignite AI initiatives as a Hub Administrator, managing learning platforms, participant access, and the operational integration of AI-enabled tools.

Kyra brings a strong operational foundation shaped by diverse professional experience, including roles in customer service, accounts receivable leadership, inventory management, and executive support. This background informs her practical, systems-oriented approach to planning, problem-solving, and execution. She holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies, reinforcing her focus on accuracy, structure, and process.
