Frank Picarello

Frank Picarello is Vice President of Managed Services at AchieveUnite, where he leads the development and execution of AI-forward managed services and supports the continued growth of the company’s training and enablement portfolio. With more than 30 years of experience, Frank has led technology, services, and channel-driven organizations with a consistent focus on operational excellence, customer outcomes, and scalable growth.

Most recently, Frank served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Visory, where he helped guide service delivery and operational performance for a large MSP. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at NetApp, including Senior Director responsible for Cloud Desktop services and partner programs, with oversight spanning MSP channels, customer success, and service operations.

Frank has held multiple executive roles as Chief Operating Officer across MSP and services organizations, including CloudJumper, TeamLogic IT, and CMIT Solutions. His leadership experience includes responsibility for service operations, partner sales, customer success, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation. Earlier in his career, Frank held senior leadership positions at Nortel Networks, MicroAge, and IBM, building deep expertise across professional services and large-scale operations.

In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Frank is the founder of Cadence Management Advisors, a firm focused on managed services channel development, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence. At AchieveUnite, he brings this provider-first perspective to help organizations adopt MSP-grade operating models that emphasize accountability, repeatability, and measurable outcomes across partner ecosystems.
