Fiona Coughlan


Fiona Coughlan has over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry having had leadership roles at pioneering companies – Adobe, Macromedia (Adobe) EPSON, and Autodesk. Fiona was responsible for setting up the UK and European sales channels for various companies, including Adobe, Macromedia (Adobe), and EPSON. She was also responsible for initiating Autodesk’s best practice Strategic Accounts Initiative across Northern Europe for the Manufacturing and Construction sectors.

Building on this operational foundation, Fiona brings a strong focus on facilitation, executive coaching, and experiential learning. She designs and delivers practical leadership, partnering, and collaboration programs that help teams translate strategy into action, strengthen organizational culture, and drive measurable performance improvement.

Since 2012, Fiona’s consulting practice has supported more than 25 technology companies, including venture-backed and high-growth organizations, in designing and executing sales and marketing programs that deliver sustained performance improvement. Her work spans both direct and channel-led business models across multiple European markets.

In addition to her consulting work, Fiona serves as an Executive Board Director for an international technology services provider delivering Digital Asset Management solutions to globally recognized brands. She brings a trusted, pragmatic leadership style to organizations navigating growth, transformation, and increased collaboration across complex ecosystems.
