Cheryl is an executive coach, instructional designer, and educator with over twenty years in leadership effectiveness, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), communication skills, team building, conflict resolution, and change management.

Cheryl has been an executive at Maryland University of Integrative health where she also served as the Chief Diversity Officer. She has also been an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, teaching self-reflection, goal setting skills and one-on-one coaching to students enrolled in the Executive Masters in Leadership program.
