
Andrea Gasior
Andrea Gasior is an advisor and consultant for AchieveUnite, specializing in partner strategy development, executive coaching, and advisory services that support business planning, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and sales methodologies. Before joining AchieveUnite, Andrea was an executive at Dell, where she was part of the leadership team within the Global Alliance organization. Under her leadership, Andrea’s team consistently exceeded targets, achieving over $4 billion in annual sales and double-digit growth for three consecutive years.
With over 30 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, and sales operations, Andrea has garnered numerous awards, promotions, and recognitions. Her strong leadership skills and passion for success foster employee and customer satisfaction, promote work-life balance, and drive the success of both her customers and her team.
Before her role managing the VMware business for Dell, Andrea was part of the leadership team at Dell Technologies Select, which focuses on Dell’s top-tier global customers. She joined EMC in 2014 as the Global Client Director, leading a team of sales professionals in their global efforts with Verizon. Prior to EMC, Andrea was the Vice President of Sales at High Point Solutions, where she established a sales structure and go-to-market strategy that resulted in a fivefold revenue increase over three years and annual growth of 50-60%. Additionally, she spent 12 years at Cisco Systems in various roles within Global Sales and Sales Operations. At Cisco, she was recognized as the #1 salesperson in 2002 across the North American Sales organization, a highlight of her career.
