Position Overview
AchieveUnite is seeking a Director of Business Development – Partner Ecosystem Strategy to drive new client acquisition and expand the company’s consulting and advisory business.
If you’ve worked in or around partner and channel ecosystems and are looking for a more entrepreneurial path in sales, this role offers the opportunity to build your own book of business while helping enterprise companies improve how they drive revenue through partners.At AchieveUnite, you’ll combine relationship-building, consultative selling, and strategic thinking to create and close new opportunities.This is not a plug-and-play sales role; it’s an opportunity to develop a pipeline, grow your network, and directly impact your earnings and career trajectory.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and strategic decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or consulting sales.
- Experience working with or selling to enterprise technology companies.
- Demonstrated success generating and closing net-new business.
- Experience selling consulting, advisory, or strategic services is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Experience within partner ecosystems, alliances, or channel-driven business models is highly desirable.
