• – Completion of Partner Success Gen AI Prompting Certification (Level 1) or equivalent 

• – Completion of Partner Success Gen AI Workgroup Automation Certification (Level 2) or equivalent 

• – Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred but not required) 

• – Familiarity with APIs and system integrations is helpful but not required 

– Technical Requirements: A computer with the ability to install development tools (VS Code, Python environment). Detailed setup instructions provided upon enrollment.
