Policies:

  • Sessions are recorded for educational purposes only.
  • Please plan to attend every session. If you must miss one session, you will be expected to watch the recording of the session.
  • Facilitated sessions take place virtually and live once per week. You will be participating actively and will need to be on camera.

**The course beginning on September 7 will be held on Wednesdays from 1:00pm-2:30pm EST until October 19. No session will be held on October 5.

**The course beginning on November 2 will be held on Wednesdays from 11am-12:30pm EST until December 7.
