Learn to Lead and Thrive in Complexity

Our ACE: Leading Through Complexity program helps individuals:

• – Apply an executive presence to complex environments.
• – Hone change leadership skills and develop a growth mindset.
• – Understand how to create high-performing teams, both internally and externally.
• – Develop a working knowledge of PQi® (Partnering Quotient Index) and tactics for working with each PQi profile.
• – Leverage team strengths and encourage diversity.
• – Become more proficient in giving and receiving feedback and navigating conflict.
• – Design and implement a capstone project based on business and leadership goals.

Format and Policies:

• -6, 90-minute virtual sessions
• -Facilitated sessions take place virtually and live once per week.
• -You will be participating actively and will need to be on camera.
• -Sessions are recorded for educational purposes only.
• -Please plan to attend every session. If you must miss one session, you will be expected to watch the recording of the session.

**The course beginning on October 3 will be held on Thursdays from 1:00 pm-2:30 pm EST until November 14 (No session on October 24). 

Please note: All public classes and programs are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, we’re happy to issue a credit that can be applied toward any future AchieveUnite program of equal or lesser value.

Credits must be used within 12 months of the original class date. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your continued learning through one of our upcoming sessions.​
