Step into Transformation

Our ACE: Leadership by Influence program helps individuals:

• -Develop authentic leadership and a personal brand
• -Build confidence and skills to influence and inspire
• -Build aptitude to navigate challenging situations and relationships
• -Understand and apply emotional intelligence
• -Become a more effective partner and collaborator
• -Design a personal career roadmap

Format and Policies:

• -8, 90-minute weekly virtual sessions
• -Facilitated sessions take place virtually and live once per week.
• -You will be participating actively and will need to be on camera.
• -Sessions are recorded for educational purposes only.
• -Please plan to attend every session. If you must miss one session, you will be expected to watch the recording of the session.

**The course beginning on June 6 will be held on Thursdays from 1:00 pm- 2:30 pm EST until August 1 (no session on July 4)
