Creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) work environment for all is a fundamental goal for many organizations.
As part of our efforts to address workplace bias, and help our clients and partners support DEI across their organizations, AchieveUnite is pleased to offer a new course: ACE: Inclusive Leadership Through Influence.
This course is designed to support you on your journey to become an authentic and inclusive colleague, co-worker, or leader. It will also give you the awareness, understanding, and confidence to communicate with your teams around the critical topics of race, gender, ethnicity, ableism, and sexual orientation.
ACE: Inclusive Leadership Through Influence will help you become a DEI champion by gaining the skills needed to create more inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive. At the conclusion of the course, you will have the confidence and understanding to bring your new knowledge and skills back to your organizations for group learning and awareness.
Participants who complete the full course will receive a certificate of completion and a digital badge to display on your social media and/or email signature.

Ten 90-minute sessions delivered virtually each week

Time: 1:00-2:30pm ET

- Sessions are recorded for educational purposes only.
- Please plan to attend every session. If you must miss one session, you will be expected to watch the recording of the session.
- Facilitated sessions take place virtually and live once per week. You will be participating actively and will need to be on camera.
