About the Program
The PQi® Certified Practitioner program is a comprehensive training program that enables facilitators to have a unique, evidence-based, proprietary training system that they can bring to clients.
The program prepares individuals to offer and interpret the PQi® Psychometric Assessment and teach the three PQi workshops: PQi® Foundations, PQi® for Business Application, PQi® for Internal & External Teams as an authorized AchieveUnite partner.
PQi Practitioner Certification Faculty
This Certification program is taught by Senior Certified Facilitators who provide continuous support, coaching, and feedback throughout the program for up to one year following the completion of the program. Individuals enrolled in the program receive:
– Educational Resources including slide decks
– Talking points to be used with clients
– Support-focused research and professional articles

Required
- Passionate about championing the transformative power of PQi for individuals and groups.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or higher formal education leadership, psychology, communication, and/or business.
- Experience – Showcasing a rich background in leadership roles, with a particular emphasis on executive-level involvement.
- Experience – Proficient in the art of facilitating, educating, and training diverse groups with finesse and enthusiasm.
- Management – Seasoned in guiding and supervising both individuals and teams to achieve outstanding results through effective leadership.
Encouraged
- Formal facilitator training both virtual and face-to-face.
What to Expect?
- 8 hours of comprehensive training including how to interpret the PQi Assessment, how to deliver the training program, and more
- You will receive educational resources including slide decks and talking points
- You will submit a recording of a practice facilitation and receive practical feedback to become certified
- Your own co-branded instance of the AU Hub, to take these workshops to the market, which allows you to offer monthly subscriptions to your clients* benefit vary per certification
Time and Format
- The program offers live, virtual, interactive sessions as well as on-demand recordings and written assignments.
- The PQi Foundations Certification consists of 4 x 2-hour sessions, which are taught live online.
- Participants must attend 3 of the 4 sessions live in order to be certified for PQi Foundations; To be certified in the next 2 levels, you must have successfully completed the PQi Foundations course.
