Kelly Kleiner-Kocher 


Kelly is a sales, marketing and events professional, with more than 28 years of experience in helping companies grow their brands and generate leads through channels such as online advertising, direct mail, print, social media and events (in-person and virtual). She has worked with companies that range from scrappy start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, across all major lines of business.

With an unrelenting focus on her teams and her customers, and a passion for connecting buyers and sellers, Kelly has achieved repeated and sustained YOY sales growth, realized substantial cost savings through strategic negotiation, and has expertise in scaling an organization from start-up, through fast growth to exit via acquisition.

She is a sales trainer, a certified meeting planner, and has extensive experience in managing change within an organization. Kelly enjoys working with leaders of all levels and specializes in business development, strategic planning, sales management, event production and revenue operations.

Kelly founded the Revenue Engine Group in 2020, with the mission of helping small to mid-size businesses accelerate their growth.
